Chaplaincy Project is a joint mission of Department of Intelligence and Community Fellowship Baptist Church for the prevention of Torture and Advocacy of Human Rights.
We are seeking Volunteers committed to the common dignity of all people. Each volunteer is ordained by us as a Chaplain and Human Rights Investigator who serve independent at their own expense. Sponsorship contributions appreciated.
Our Chaplains world wide provide Spiritual Comfort to those imprisoned or tortured (or at risk thereof) who are prisoners of conscience, political prisoners, whistle blowers, dissidents and activists, cults, including those labeled terrorists. When ever we find evidence of torture or physical or psychological manipulation, we document same and provide Friend of Court Briefs to the appropriate judge having jurisdiction.
Providing this Chaplaincy Service is not an endorsement of any recipient’s cause, belief, action or accused crime. Rather, because of our commitment to common human decency and dignity, we believe all people have fundamental human rights including spiritual council and comfort with a Chaplain in a privileged aegis. And to advocacy by such Chaplain, to be free from torture and improper manipulation.
We are a Christian founded mission of the Baptist Church. However, we are open to all. There is no requirement to be Baptist. We provide Chaplaincy service to any in need. Likewise, there is no religion requirement to become a Volunteer. Any who have a commitment to Human Rights in a Spiritual Setting may seek to volunteer. However, our Chaplaincy ordination is issued by Community Fellowship Baptist Church.
*Acceptance or rejection, of those whom we assist, and or of those who seek to volunteer, is at the sole discretion of the Chaplaincy Project, Department of Intelligence and Community Fellowship Baptist Church regardless of any stated or unstated criteria.
We are NOT affiliated with any Government or Government Agency. We are NOT a US 501c3 as that would require government affiliation. Likewise we are NOT incorporated. Rather, we are a self constituted Church with a Human Rights Mission throughout the world. We may, or may not, affiliate with other NGOs (non governmental organizations) and or church(s) or mosque(s) temple(s) or spiritual centers.
We do seek a good relationship with Law Enforcement, Military, Intelligence Agencies, including prisons and detention centers; to facilitate Chaplaincy access and Human Rights Investigations. However, we can not provide privilege information nor cooperation in violation of long standing and well recognized Privileged Spiritual Relationships, including but not limited to, Confidential Confessions to Work Product of the Chaplain.
In conflict zones, we are strictly neutral and provide Chaplaincy service to all regardless of political or religious alignment. Our quasi intelligence gathering is strictly limited to nexus of Human Rights.

Our Chaplains put themselves at great risk to meet an overwhelming need. Please assist by granting access, by your prayers, with financial help and sponsorships. Your protection, respect and assistance is much appreciated, as we fulfil the words of Jesus to love our neighbor. Even when our neighbor is under the condemnation of the world, or has stumbled off the road of political and main-stream acceptance. He or she is still a creature of creation in need of conduit to the Creator for which we seek to supply and to safeguard his or her Human Rights ordained by virtue of being a human being. Thank You!
